Care
Hydrangeas thrive with well-draining, rich, moist soils. Choose a location that receives about 6 hours of sun. However, keep in mind that the less sunlight it receives, the shorter the plant will be. Water regularly and deeply until established. Once established, you can water them about once a week, or more frequently in extremely hot, dry periods. You only need to fertilize your hydrangea once per year using a slow release fertilizer.
